Hi guys! Here’s my recipe for a quick and easy grilled chicken breast with vegetables. This is my go to meal for whenever I want something tasty with minimal effort. It really be like that sometimes. The secret to juicy and tender chicken? AMIRA’S BASBAAS HOT SAUCE. Obviously. Check out the recipe below 🏾
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:5 boneless chicken breasts 2 garlic cloves Handful of coriander Pinch of saltAmira’s Basbaas Hot SauceAny vegetable of your choice Olive oil (2 table spoons)Handful of yellow and red cherry tomatoes1 avocado
Method
Step 1
Wash and chop your vegetable of choice.
Step 2
Make marinade by mixing garlic, salt and coriander with @basbaas_sauce in a bowl.
Step 3
Marinate the chicken for about 10 minutes or so. This adds flavour and keeps the chicken juicy.
Step 4
Chop and steam your vegetable of choice. Leave it to one side.
Step 5
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Add olive oil and cook chicken for about 5 mins each side.
Step 6
Chop cherry tomatoes and add to the grilled chicken.
Step 8
Slice the avocado and serve.
